How Our Process Works

Once you submitted your information one of our elder care specialist will contact you. Beginning with a phone interview including senior and family members interested. The interview purpose consist to understand the senior requirements and needs. Part of our initial meeting will consist on search for any government or assistance programs that you may qualify.

After we gather all the information needed. We’ll present the best options for you or your loved one(s) we’ll accompany you or your loved one (s) to tour the best Assisted Living and Retirement communities according your needs. We’ll answer any immediate questions you may have while touring the assisted living community as well.

After the facility tours have been completed we’ll go over the details of each facility with you one more time. Once a decision is made we will contact the facility and negotiate all your needs and requirements to get the most of your budget. Lastly we’ll take care of all the paperwork required by the communities as well.
